This is perhaps the most challenging part of the Next Level Resilience, and it will demand courage and persistence. But if you follow the instructions, it will make your life a whole lot easier.

We will exercise how to stop leaking energy through unhealthy relations with friends and foes. We will exercise how to look for windows of opportunities instead of panicking.

Well, you think you have unsolvable problems, problems that no one else will understand? Problems that are deemed to bring you down?

The point is that until now there always was a way out, wasn’t there? And yet we know for sure, at some point it stops.
