I am exited reaching out to you with this important knowledge that will change your life for good, because you have come to a point in life where changes not only are welcomed, but direly needed.

Right away I will sober up: this is not just another entertaining pastime. Maybe you already know how to spot programs and courses with slogans like:

  • Stay in the moment
  • Think positive
  • Get good sleep
  • Build your self-image
  • Maintain hope

Not that these expressions are wrong. Only, repeating such mantras will not change much in the real world.

This course is about lifting the veil, exposing the devilish details and helping you to do the hard work that makes sense of the above mentioned expressions.

I really hope you will enjoy every bit of it! I am pretty sure you will have a lot of fun too! And please, do not keep your knowledge to yourself! Do involve your loved ones. Even your children will love to play and have fun with at least a few of these seemingly rigid and humorless exercises. They may even come in handy when you are invited to a birthday party. If the spirit drops, pull one of these exercises right out of your sleeve and get the party going again.

When it comes to the content of this course, I made some crucial decisions in advance. You know, it is easy to sound important while lecturing some citations from Wikipedia and thus keep the audience occupied and merry. It is quite another story to tell you what really matters.

I mentioned that your children and friends will enjoy experiencing these exercises with you. This does not mean to say that the exercises are easily dealt with or that you will be able to run through them in a few days. No way.

What I have compiled for you is earnest stuff. I am not hiding anything for you. So, be prepared to be presented with thoughts and facts that may be rather disturbing and contradicting to your core beliefs.

I am not holding back. I go all in, hoping you will endure. For your benefit, though, have a bucket ready for some bitter tears. Or better, do this with a good friend, someone who can hold your hand and say: ‘You can do it!’ and ‘keep going!

And with each step you take, don’t forget to celebrate!
